Account Managers:Account Managers work in our office in Tempe making outbound calls to sell IT solutions to customers. The majority of the work is inside sales. Better Direct sells nationally. We have a strong presence in Arizona and you are encouraged to establish accounts locally for field sales.
Qualifications:
- A strong desire to find solutions for customers and provide great customer service.
- Excellent phone manner and the ability to cold call
- Staminsa to work hard
- Sales skill
- Quick learner
- Interest in technology and learning an array of products
- Self motivated
Better Direct pays an above average commission based on gross profit. Commission is kept high because Better Direct keeps overhead low. We get the same or better pricing as the big resellers, but do not have the uplift due to high overhead. We are able to beat prices and are nimble enough to provide customized customer service to clients. We pride ourselves on this.
